Scheduled across two individual one-hour sessions, this service includes comprehensive interview preparation tailored to your resume and specific interview goals. We will personalize common interview questions, explore potential questions a prospective employer may ask based on your chosen field, and develop a strong elevator pitch that highlights your personal brand. The sessions also include a review of effective communication strategies and best practices for succeeding in today’s virtual interview environment.
Built into three one-hour sessions, this included three months of coaching and weekly follow-up. We will cover Goal-Setting and creating SMART goals based on your career specifications. Personal Branding including creating an elevator speech. Resume and Interview Confidence Coaching where we translate strengths into skill statements, behavioral interviewing skills with STAR and proof points.
